<rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" version="2.0"><channel><atom:link rel="hub" href="http://tumblr.superfeedr.com/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom"/><description>the documentation of a month-long diet</description><title>diet december</title><generator>Tumblr (3.0; @dietdecember)</generator><link>http://dietdecember.tumblr.com/</link><item><title>The Beginning </title><description>&lt;p&gt;Tomorrow I am going to embark upon a month of hell.  Why you may ask?  I was inspired by a vlogger named Shay Carl who started a raw food diet for 20 days during the month of November.  I&amp;#8217;m going to attempt to last a full 31 days of eating nothing but raw foods.  This might not sound terrible, but when you think about it, that means that all I can eat is raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and dried foods.  Shay&amp;#8217;s diet helped him to lose 20lbs over 20 days.  This might sound a little extreme and unhealthy, but I feel like the only way I can commit to a diet is if it&amp;#8217;s extreme like this one.  My goal for the month of December is to lose 20lbs by combining the diet with jogging and other exercises.  I&amp;#8217;m going to try to update this blog every day with my progress, pictures, statistics, etc.  At the very least I&amp;#8217;ll try to post my weight for the day as incentive.&lt;/p&gt;
