Tomorrow I am going to embark upon a month of hell. Why you may ask? I was inspired by a vlogger named Shay Carl who started a raw food diet for 20 days during the month of November. I’m going to attempt to last a full 31 days of eating nothing but raw foods. This might not sound terrible, but when you think about it, that means that all I can eat is raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, and dried foods. Shay’s diet helped him to lose 20lbs over 20 days. This might sound a little extreme and unhealthy, but I feel like the only way I can commit to a diet is if it’s extreme like this one. My goal for the month of December is to lose 20lbs by combining the diet with jogging and other exercises. I’m going to try to update this blog every day with my progress, pictures, statistics, etc. At the very least I’ll try to post my weight for the day as incentive.
